CS Training Lead
- Structure the ideal training and development journey for the base.
- Develop content based on customer needs and internal areas.
- Perform online and face-to-face training
- Understand client expectations, business needs, and the user's pains.
- Constantly analyze the needs of users through data and act preventively, reducing calls and increasing the level of user engagement.
- Build materials, update the help center.
- Working together with the Product, Marketing, and Sales team.
- Experience with training customers, employees, and partners.
- Outstanding communication, presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with a global team
- Proficient English
- 3+ years of experience in online and/or in-person training.
